Established in 2017 by Mehmet DİNÇ, we started our business operating in the machinery manufacturing sector as DİNÇ METAL. As of September 12, 2023, we decided to change our company name to DİMASAN MAKİNA METAL SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

Stainless Steel Cabinet Group

Professional cabinet systems with high durability, designed for the needs of industrial facilities and areas requiring hygiene. No chipboard or MDF is used in our manufacturing; all are designed in accordance with heavy industry conditions.

• Material: All surfaces of the product are made of AISI 304 quality satin stainless steel. It provides high resistance against corrosion and offers hygienic, long-lasting and professional use.
• Body and Cover Structure: High rigidity is provided thanks to the hollow double layer twisted cover construction, while the clam handle connections are hidden inside the cover to obtain a completely smooth and aesthetic appearance.
• Internal Equipment: There are 3 shelves in the cabinet, creating a total of 4 usage compartments. The shelves are reinforced with omega supports at the bottom to provide high load-bearing capacity even under heavy loads.
• Closing System: The doors close securely with a stainless steel ball snap fastener system. This system, which does not require a lock, offers silent operation and practical use.
• Foot and Carrier System: The adjustable plastic rotil feet placed inside the stainless profile feet allow the cabinet to be easily leveled on inclined or uneven floors.

Mobile Ladder Systems

This innovative industrial ladder, designed with DIMASAN MAKINA quality, maximizes occupational safety and ease of access.

• Movement and Fixing System: Thanks to the spring-supported wheel mechanism, the ladder can be easily moved when there is no load. When the user steps on the ladder, the system automatically sits on its fixed feet, providing safe and balanced use.
• Modular Railing Structure: Thanks to the detachable railing system, the product can be easily transported in narrow areas and adapted to different working areas.
• Non-Slip Step Design: The steps are made of teardrop patterned stainless sheet. While providing a safe stepping surface with its anti-slip structure, it ensures high durability in industrial applications.
• Material and Construction: The carrier chassis, platform, railings and all metal components are made of AISI 304 quality satin stainless steel. It provides long-lasting and hygienic use by offering high resistance to corrosion.

• Pool with Thermostat Controlled Precise Heating System: The high-efficiency resistance placed at the bottom of the pool keeps the water at the desired temperature and maintains the ideal serving temperature of the meals. The temperature can be easily adjusted with the thermostatic control mechanism and warning light on the front panel.
• Practical Water Drain Valve and Ergonomic Bottom Shelf: There is an integrated drain valve for fast, effortless and hygienic drainage of the water accumulated in the pool. The large storage shelf at the bottom provides additional space for serving equipment and trays.
• Top Service Shelf and Adjustable Rotil Feet Design: The top service shelf integrated into the counter (sneeze guard / plate rack infrastructure) provides additional usage area and hygienic protection during food presentation. Automatic Door Systems

• Automatic Sliding Door System: Thanks to the motorized sliding system controlled by remote control, the door opens and closes safely and comfortably. It offers ideal use for garden entrances, factories and industrial facilities.
• Smart Security Sensors: Safety sensors on both sides of the door instantly stop the motor movement when an obstacle is detected during opening or closing, ensuring safe use.
• Rack and Pinion Drive Mechanism: Motor movement is transmitted via rack gears mounted on the door. This system provides high torque, silent operation and long-lasting performance, ensuring the door moves in a balanced way.

• Project-Specific High Load Capacity Frame Design: A 2-story steel carrier system, customized for the project, to evaluate the existing factory or warehouse height in the most efficient way. It creates a modular/flexible usage area with profiles resistant to heavy static and dynamic loads.
• Infrastructure Ready for Partitioning and Cladding: Vertical and horizontal registration profiles integrated in accordance with indoor organization allow drywall, glass, sandwich panel or composite claddings to be mounted easily and precisely.
• Steel Stairs with Landing and Safety Rails: A robust stair structure with a landing (rest platform) detail that makes the transition between the two floors safe and ergonomic. It provides high safety with perimeter railings complying with occupational safety standards.
• Certified Welded Manufacturing and Industrial Paint Application: All steel joint points are combined with high-quality welding workmanship; the surface of the structure is coated with protective primer and gray anti-rust/industrial paint against corrosion and wear in industrial environments.
